Lessons
WEEKLY INDIVIDUAL COURSES
Courses last 30, 45 or 60 minutes depending on the age and level of the student; this will be to be determined by the teacher. It allows the student to build up works in their repertoire. The teachers adapt their teaching style according to the needs of each student to enable them to develop a sound and clean technique, as well as their musicality and creativity.
GROUP COURSES
In addition to the individual course, students benefit from a weekly group course. This allows students to develop their listening skills by playing with others. It is during these classes that the ensemble pieces to be played at concerts are prepared.
OLDER AND ADULT STUDENTS
It is possible to start learning to play an instrument at any age. The Suzuki method is, in this respect, adaptable and embellishes other methods in order to improve the students knowledge.
CONCERTS
Each student participates in concerts organized by the school (minimum of three during the year).
SUZUKI INTERNSHIPS
Students have the possibility of participating in a Suzuki internship as well as at Suzuki concerts outside of Geneva.
